Reminder: How to Communicate with the Office
The way to communicate with the office is generally through email. (Please do not text.) Email is best for all communication, including both urgent and non-urgent needs.
When something is urgent, then also call. (Please do not text.) Examples of urgent messages include those rare times when something has happened and you are going to be late. When something like this happens, please call and email.
We are placing auto-responder messages on our office phones for text messages. Texting has become increasingly inefficient and so we are phasing out the use of texting, at least for now.

Call when urgent: 949-844-9051 (and also send email)
Avoid text.
Please Respond to Communications from the Office
It helps us a lot when you respond to communications. This is especially true when the email asks you to reply and/or confirm something. And it’s even more effective when you respond promptly!
Note that you do not need to reply to opportunity emails, or to general informational, announcement, and newsletter emails such as this one.
W-2 Forms in Teacher Boxes
Teachers due W-2 forms for the year 2025 will receive them in the lesson room teacher boxes; please be on the lookout for yours. We will hand deliver to office staff. Please let the office know if you do not find yours or if you have any questions.

A: Whenever your contact or related information changes, please email the office, and update your account on ADP.
Please also let the office know if your availability changes.
